Visa details
Tourists planning a short-term holiday in Bali or on other Indonesian islands in 2026 need to obtain an electronic eVOA visa. This is simpler and faster than standing in line at the airport for a regular paper “visa on arrival”. You skip all queues and go straight to passport control.
- The eVOA visa for Indonesia is issued online through the government’s electronic portal. It is a PDF file with a unique number and QR code. You must print the document or save it on your phone to present it at passport control.
- The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. You can enter the country even on the last day of its validity.
- The permitted stay in the country on an eVOA is 30 days with the right to a single extension. The countdown of your stay starts from the date of entry.
- The eVOA visa can be extended once for 30 days. In total, you can stay in Indonesia for 60 days on this visa. The extension application is submitted online no later than 10 days before the end of your permitted stay. You will be given a date on which you must visit the nearest immigration office for photographing.
❗If you plan to stay in Indonesia for more than 60 days in one trip, we recommend applying for a C1 tourist visa.
Document checklist
According to the immigration requirements valid for 2026, an eVOA applicant must provide:
- A colour scan or photo of the main page of the international passport (valid for at least 6 months);
- A photo on a white background “like a passport photo” (a phone selfie is acceptable);
- The address of your place of stay in Indonesia;
- A return ticket booking.
You can send all documents from the checklist in chat to our visa specialists. If you do not yet have a return ticket booking, we will help you solve this issue. We recommend submitting your documents in advance, with at least 3 daysbefore your flight to Indonesia.
❗Entry rules for Indonesia in 2026 are the same for children as for adults. Each child (including infants) must have a separate visa.
Fees and processing times
The official government fee for issuing an eVOA is 500,000 Indonesian rupiah, plus an acquiring (card processing) fee (≈ 35 USD). The visa is issued within 2 days.
Through the MyVisa.World visa service, you can pay for eVOA processing with a card from any bank in the world, including payments in Russian roubles. We also accept payments from Russian legal entities by invoice without VAT. All prices include government fees and service charges.
