Arrival Card details

The Arrival Card is a single, unified document used for passing immigration control in Indonesia. It combines four forms that were previously separate: the customs declaration, quarantine declaration, immigration arrival card, and electronic Health Pass. Regardless of whether you arrive in Indonesia via an international airport, seaport or land border crossing, you are required to obtain an Arrival Card.

You can complete the electronic card no earlier than 72 hours before your arrival in Indonesia. It is possible to fill in the card right before passing immigration control at the border, but it is better to obtain the document in advance, before boarding your flight.

There are two ways to apply:

  1. Web version: allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id

  2. Mobile app: “All Indonesia” (available in the App Store and Google Play)

All Indonesia is the official digital platform of the Indonesian government, created to centralise all procedures related to arrival in the country.

❗️It is important to understand that the Arrival Card does not replace the Indonesian electronic visa. These are two different documents, and both are mandatory for entry.

How much does the Arrival Card cost

The Arrival Card for Indonesia is free for all tourists; no government fee is charged for issuing it. If you have difficulties filling out the arrival card or do not want to deal with all the details yourself, you can use the MyVisa.World service.

For your convenience, prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment can be made in any currency, including Russian roubles, with conversion at the commercial exchange rate of DBS Bank. We accept cards issued by any banks, including Russian banks. Payment for Russian legal entities is available in roubles by invoice without VAT.

How to fill it in yourself

Before you start, prepare: a valid international passport, your ticket details, and the address of your accommodation in Indonesia. Then complete the four sections in order.

  1. Personal Information

Start by selecting “Foreign Visitor”. You can fill in your data automatically by scanning the machine-readable zone of your passport using the “Scan MRZ” button, or enter everything manually — the latter is more reliable. Carefully check all fields: country of issue, full name (exactly as in the passport), date of birth, passport number and expiry date, contact email and phone number. If you are travelling as a family, first enter the details of the head of the family, then add the other travellers using the “Add Traveler” button.
  2. Travel Details

Enter your date of arrival and date of departure from Indonesia. Note: if your flight arrives after midnight, you must indicate the next calendar day as your arrival date. Holders of long-term permits (KITAS/KITAP) are advised to indicate a departure date approximately 30 days after the date of arrival. In this section you also enter your visa number or residence permit number, if you have one.
  3. Mode of Transportation & Address

Select the type of transport (AIR for air, SEA for sea) and the purpose of visit — for tourists this is “HOLIDAY / SIGHTSEEING / LEISURE”. Specify your place of arrival (for example, “NGURAH RAI AIRPORT” for Bali), the type of transport (usually “COMMERCIAL FLIGHT”), the details of the flight that arrives directly in Indonesia, and the address of your accommodation. The system will automatically determine the nearest immigration office.
  4. Declaration

This section consists of three parts:

    — Health declaration: Indicate any symptoms if you have them, and list the countries you have visited in the last 21 days.

    — Quarantine declaration: List any plants, fruit, vegetables, seeds, animals or animal products you are bringing into the country (some items require a phytosanitary certificate).

    — Customs declaration: Indicate the number of pieces of luggage and declare any goods that exceed duty-free limits (alcohol, cigarettes), medicines, as well as electronic devices (phones, laptops) that you will use in the country — this is necessary for IMEI registration. Add each item via the “Add Item” button.

At the very end, tick the box confirming the accuracy of the information and click “Submit”. A QR code will be sent to the email address you provided. You must save it and present it when crossing the border.
