Visa-free transit for citizens of Belarus
Citizens of Belarus can visit Singapore without a visa if they are travelling in transit from one country to another and their stopover in Singapore does not exceed 96 hours. This visa-free transit facility (VFTF – Visa-Free Transit Facility) is based on bilateral arrangements between the two countries. Belarusian travellers who wish to use visa-free transit must meet all of the following conditions:
- Present a valid international passport (with at least 6 months’ validity);
- Present a confirmed onward ticket from Singapore (departure no later than 96 hours from the moment of entry);
- Complete the electronic arrival card (SG Arrival Card) in advance;
- Если остановка в Сингапуре более суток, то потребуется предоставить бронь отеля;
Departure under the visa-free transit scheme is only permitted by air. The VFTF rule does not apply to Belarusian citizens traveling as part of a cruise tour. In such cases, obtaining a tourist visa is required.

How to Apply for a Visa Online
Citizens of Belarus can apply for a tourist visa to Singapore online through the authorized visa service MyVisa.World. The service fee starts from 80 USD. The standard processing time for an application is 4 business days.
- Scan or photo of the main page of the passport.
- Passport-style photograph on a white background (must meet specific requirements).
- Hotel reservation (for a minimum of 3 nights).
- Confirmed flight tickets to and from Singapore.
- For cruise trips: a cruise voucher is required.

SG Arrival Card
In addition to a visa, Belarusian citizens are required to have an electronic SG Arrival Card to enter Singapore. You can fill out the card yourself on the ICA website or via the MyICA mobile app no earlier than 3 days before your arrival.
