Visa-free transit for citizens of Kazakhstan
To use the visa-free transit option, Kazakh travellers must meet all of the following conditions:
-
Hold a valid international passport;
-
Present a confirmed onward ticket from Singapore to a third country (departure no later than 96 hours after entering Singapore);
-
Complete the electronic SG Arrival Card in advance;
-
If the stopover in Singapore is longer than 24 hours, provide a confirmed hotel booking.
Departure from Singapore under the VFTF scheme is allowed only by air. The visa-free transit facility does not apply to Kazakh citizens travelling on a cruise. If you are entering or leaving Singapore by cruise ship, you must obtain a tourist visa in advance.
❗ The final decision on granting visa-free transit through Singapore is always made by the immigration officer at the border.

SG Arrival Card
In addition to the visa, a valid SG Arrival Card (electronic arrival card) is a mandatory requirement for citizens of Kazakhstan and other CIS countries entering Singapore. The form can be completed independently on the ICA website or in the MyICA mobile application, no earlier than 3 days before arrival.
If you are worried about making a mistake or find it difficult to complete the English form, it is safer to entrust the arrival card to experienced visa specialists. This will save you time and help you avoid possible errors.
