Visa details
A Singapore electronic visa (e-Visa) is issued as a PDF file containing a unique reference number and the traveller’s personal details. No physical visa sticker or stamp is placed in your passport.
You do not need to print the e-Visa: your data is automatically available in the border control system. However, we recommend saving the PDF file on your phone so you can show it to airline staff or immigration officers if requested.
-
Type of visa. The Singapore e-Visa may be issued as a single-entry, double-entry, or multiple-entry visa.
-
Validity period. The visa is valid for 9 weeks from the date of issue. You may enter Singapore on any day within this period, including the last day of validity.
-
Length of stay. Citizens of Russia and other CIS countries may stay in Singapore on an e-Visa for up to 30 days per visit. After that, you must leave the country.
-
Children’s visas. Each child, including infants, must have a separate e-Visa. If you are travelling to Singapore with children, we recommend reading our dedicated guidance for families.
At the moment, Singapore e-Visas are available for citizens of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia and Moldova.
How to Apply for the Visa
It is not possible to submit visa documents to the Singapore Embassy independently. The government has delegated the authority to receive and verify documents to authorized visa agencies. One such authorized agency registered in Singapore is the visa service MyVisa.World — a partner of the Immigration Department.
We cooperate directly with the Immigration Department without intermediaries, carefully work on each application, and assist with booking hotels and flights to Singapore at favorable rates. This is why we are recommended by thousands of travelers worldwide.
Reviews about our service can be read on Google, Yandex, VKontakte, and our Telegram.
List of Required Visa Documents
To obtain an e-Visa to Singapore, CIS citizens need a minimal set of documents and preparation time. Special attention should be paid to the quality and format of the visa photograph. There is a separate article on this topic.
- Scan or photo of the main page of the passport;
- Color photograph on a white background;
- Confirmed hotel reservation (for at least 3 nights);
- Confirmed round-trip flight tickets to/from Singapore;
- Completed application form;
- Cruise voucher if a cruise is planned;
❗Airbnb bookings and hostel reservations are not accepted by the Immigration Department.
❗If you plan to stay in Singapore for less than 3 nights, we can assist with visa processing under our agency's booking (this is a paid service).

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept bank cards issued in any country. Clients from Russia and Belarus can also pay in roubles. For Russian legal entities we can issue a non-VAT invoice in roubles. Currency conversion will be calculated using the DBS Bank exchange rate, including the acquiring/processing fee.

Extra Services
SG Arrival Card
In addition to the e-Visa, a mandatory requirement for entry into Singapore for Russian citizens is the possession of an Arrival Card (SG Arrival Card). The card can be filled out independently on the official ICA website or via the MyICA mobile application no earlier than 3 days before arrival in the country.
If you are concerned about making a mistake or encounter difficulties filling out the form in English, it is better to be safe and entrust the preparation of the Arrival Card to experienced visa specialists. Use the "Visa + Arrival Card" service package. This will save you time and prevent potential errors.
