Visa-Free Transit for Armenian Citizens
Armenian citizens can visit Singapore without a visa when transiting through the country for up to 96 hours en route to a third destination. The Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) is available under bilateral agreements. To qualify for visa-free transit, Armenian travelers must meet all of the following requirements:

Hold a valid Armenian passport;

Present confirmed onward flight tickets departing Singapore within 96 hours of arrival;

Complete the electronic SG Arrival Card in advance;

Provide hotel reservations if staying in Singapore overnight;
Important notes:

The VFTF applies only to air travel; it does not apply to cruise passengers

The Visa on Arrival option is not available to Armenian citizens

For stays exceeding 96 hours or non-transit purposes, a tourist visa must be obtained in advance

The cost of registration
The cost of the visa is inclusive of all fees and duties. For convenience of calculations, prices are indicated in US dollars (USD). You can pay with any card of the Bank of Armenia in Singapore dollars with currency conversion at the exchange rate of DBS Bank, taking into account acquiring.

SG Arrival Card
In addition to a visa, an Armenian citizen must have an electronic arrival Card (SG Arrival Card). You can fill out the card yourself on the ICA website or via the MyICA mobile app no earlier than 3 days before arrival. If you are afraid of making a mistake or you have difficulty filling out the form in English, it is better to be safe and entrust the processing of the arrival card to experienced visa specialists. This will save you time and eliminate possible mistakes.
