Visa-free transit
Citizens of Kyrgyzstan can visit Singapore without a visa if they travel in transit from one country to another and their stopover in Singapore does not exceed 96 hours. This Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) is based on intergovernmental agreements.
Citizens of Kyrgyzstan who wish to use visa-free transit must meet all of the following conditions:
-
Present a valid international passport of a citizen of Kyrgyzstan;
-
Present a confirmed onward ticket from Singapore (departure no later than 96 hours from the moment of entry);
-
Complete the electronic arrival card (SG Arrival Card) in advance;
-
If the stop in Singapore is longer than 24 hours, provide a hotel booking.
You may leave Singapore under the visa-free transit scheme only by air. The VFTF rules do not apply to citizens of Kyrgyzstan travelling on a cruise tour.
❗ The final decision on granting visa-free transit through Singapore is at the discretion of the immigration officer at the border.
Visa details
A Singapore tourist visa is issued as an electronic PDF file with a serial number and the traveller’s personal data. No visa sticker or stamp is placed in the passport. Printing the visa is not required, as all data is automatically available in the border control system. For convenience, you can save the PDF file on your phone and show it if requested.
