Visa application process
The visa shall be issued by the Thai consulate - outside the country. This visa is valid for 90 days. It gives the applicant time to obtain a work permit. After obtaining a work permit, the holder can apply to the Department of Migration for an extension of the work visa. Thus, the total validity of NON B visa will be 15 months with the possibility of further extension for the next year.- The first step in a work visa application process is to check your passport.
